Angie Mills

Angie Mills is the Broker/Owner of Mills Mountain Real Estate, a locally owned real estate brokerage serving Park County, Colorado, the greater South Park region, and Summit County, including Breckenridge. With offices in both Hartsel and Breckenridge, Angie specializes in rural and mountain properties including land, ranches, cabins, off-grid homes, and acreage throughout Hartsel, Fairplay, Como, Guffey, and surrounding Park County communities, as well as residential and mountain properties in and around Breckenridge.

With deep roots in South Park and hands-on experience navigating the unique challenges of mountain real estate, Angie is known for her practical knowledge of well and septic systems, zoning and land use, access issues, seasonal considerations, and pricing strategy for rural and mountain properties. She works closely with both buyers and sellers to ensure transactions are realistic, well-positioned, and grounded in local market data—not front-range assumptions.

Angie regularly assists out-of-area buyers relocating from Denver, Colorado Springs, and out of state, helping them understand what it truly means to own property in the Colorado mountains. For sellers, she provides honest guidance, strong marketing, and clear communication throughout the process.

In addition to her real estate work, Angie is actively involved in the Park County community and local infrastructure initiatives, giving her a well-rounded perspective on land use, growth, and long-term planning in South Park and surrounding mountain communities.

If you’re looking to buy or sell real estate in Park County, Colorado, South Park, or the Breckenridge area—and want a broker with true local presence and mountain property expertise—Angie Mills and Mills Mountain Real Estate offer experience and insight you can trust.

Zephyr Wazallann

Excited to introduce myself!
I was born and raised in a hand-built cabin in the North Cascades of Washington, spending my early years in a small town surrounded by dirt roads, orchards, ranches, swimming holes, gardens, and mountains. Growing up so close to nature gave me a deep appreciation for simplicity, beauty, and a grounded way of life. Colorado is now my home, where I’ve spent over a decade working in real estate, interior design, and now a part-owner of a snow plow and heavy equipment company. I earned my interior design degree while studying in Italy, and that creative eye adds a unique edge to my real estate work—especially when it comes to staging and helping clients envision a home’s full potential. I fell in love with real estate when I bought my first home at 21. Since then, I’ve been drawn to the uniqueness of each property and the stories they hold. To me, real estate is about more than buying or
selling—it’s about how you want to wake up and live each day of your life, and creating a home that supports that dream. I live for the mountain lifestyle—golfing, riding motorcycles, fishing, and more—and always bring a touch of cowgirl spirit. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a mountain getaway, or looking for land to build your dream, I’d love to help you make that vision real.
